Who are you guys?
Just a random group of people, really. Some of us transferred to Lightbringer-US to play with their friends, others transferred here to start their own guild, and others transferred here to play with the guys who were here first. Overall we're just a group of people who work together well and all share the same mindset of clearing content in a timely manner while it is still relevant.

When did you guys all get together?
We finally finished our 10m recruiting around the third week of April, 2011.

When do you all raid?
Monday-Thursday 7-10pm server; sometimes a little earlier, sometimes a little later depending on whether or not someone is going to be late or if we can get it started a bit early. If there's going to be a change in schedule it is always mentioned in the guild Message of the Day.

Are you strictly PvE?
No, we have a few PvPers in the guild, in the late night hours you can find a few of them dueling each other in front of the gates of Stormwind. We do have aspirations of creating a guild based rated battlegrounds team which will probably be kick started very soon. We also have a few who do random battlegrounds together and would gladly welcome a new member into their team.

Are you currently recruiting? If so, what are you looking for?
When/if we recruit, you can find our recruitment needs listed on the left hand side of the website. We would also be running recruitment ads in Trade chat in game, those will also list what we're looking for. Just because your class isn't listed doesn't mean you aren't allowed to apply, we look at every application and will speak to people we feel would make a good fit with us.

Do you allow Casuals/FaFs into the guild?
Of course. We're also going to be setting up a second 10m in the near future that will be made up of some alts of our main raiders as well as the Casuals and FaFs in our guild that are interested in attending. When it comes to the people in our guild who are not raiders, we handle their behavior a little differently. As a casual or a FaF, you're not particularly an asset to the guild; as such if you begin to aggitate the main members, you will be promptly removed. We're not fans of annoying people.

What's your playstyle/overall attitude?
We're pretty laidback people, we like to joke, we like to have fun, but at the same time we're clearing hardmode content and we have that level of seriousness. We're generally nice people, but not to a fault; we have no issues laying out a problem at the persons feet. Which in turn makes us come off prickish, when really it's just blatant honesty. We're all adults here, no one here is under the age of 18, and we handle our business like adults; we're very "matter of fact" about everything, we give criticism directly and we don't sugar coat it, if it is something that would bother you then this is not the guild for you.

What do you expect from people who want to play with you?
At least a general understanding of your class and all specs associated with it, and actually be able to play them properly. We're very tolerant of new players, we'll coach them, give them tips, even give them a general rotation and help gear them. What we don't tolerate is people who use excuses for underperforming, and those who just seem like they aren't trying. Whiners are a huge no, no for us as well, if you whine excessively, don't expect a nice response to it, 9/10 times, we will taunt  the shit out of you.

How do you guys handle loot?
For the most part it's  /roll, we did our best with the raid composition to make sure we didn't double up on gear types, we do have double dps clothies, and double mail wearers but we handle it fine amongst ourselves. When it comes down to best in slot items, if it's BiS for the  other person we will pass it to them. Tier tokens are handled in the same way. If we have a Trial member in the group, our core raiders will have priority on loot unless stated while loot rolls are going on and will be handled on an individual basis. Some of us even talk to each other in advance,"Hey if you pass on X for me, I will pass on X2 for you." It works out well, we've had no issues.

What are you looking for in recruits?
People who share our views, those how can take instructions well, willing to be flexible in playstyle depending on the encounter, and can play their class well. Some people are set in their playstyle and aren't used to changing it up to suit a fight, such as a hunter having to pet swap on Heroic Chimeron, we expect a couple of hiccups in the beginning if you're not used to that sort of thing but if you can quickly adjust then all will be well. If you can't adjust well, even after being explained in detail how to do it, then you won't fit in well with us.

We hate people who use excuses for bad playstyle or lack of situational awareness, i.e. standing in fire because you "couldn't see it over another projected texture." If everyone else can see it then you're just tunnel visioning and we can't have that, unless you're colorblind or something, in which case we'd have to figure out a solution one way or the other.

Loot whores need not apply, if you're going to cry about not getting a certain piece then go join another guild or pug it yourself. Loot will always drop, may not be the next reset, or the reset after that but it will drop eventually. So suck it up, we have an extremely low tolerance for loot whoring and would rather find another player to replace you then have to put up with crying.

Maturity above all else is key, we may wipe for hours on a single progression kill, we need members who understand that while it may be frustrating at times, that they must not give up. If you nerdrage and log off in the middle of a raid, don't expect to be in this guild when you come back online. If you do it once, you will most likely do it again and it wastes everyone elses time to have to find a replacement for you, we will not tolerate it for a second.
